MIDI mapping keys and notes for Drums and Percussion

Each MIDI note represents a different drum sound. Here's the General MIDI (GM) mapping for each drum sound.

For reference, Apple Logic Pro's mapping in Drum Machine Designer when you open an Empty Drum Kit. 

For the most part they are the same, but there are some general differences, particularly when it comes to some of the percussion.
